About The Somru® Pertuzumab ELISA kit is designed to measure pharmacologically relevant Pertuzumab with high specificity and enhanced sensitivity in serum or plasma. This user-friendly assay design utilizes target protein, recombinant HER2-extracellular domain (ECD), as capture reagent and anti-Pertuzumab antibody for detection.

If you intend to measure total pertuzumab (Her-2 bound and free) or intend to measure mertuzumab in presence of trastuzumab (Herceptin®), please contact tec@somrubioscience.com for additional information.
Detection Method Colorimetric; absorbance at 450 nm with reference absorbance at 650 nm.
Storage Kit ships at 2-8 °C. Multiple storage temperatures upon arrival.

Calibration Curve 62.5 to 8,000 ng/mL; 4 or 5 -parameter curve fit
Assay Range 125 to 4000 ng/mL
Sensitivity 125 ng/mL
Precision Intra-assay precision and inter-assay mean precision ? 20%. Determined by analyzing three levels of quality control samples in 6 replicates on 6 different occasions.
Accuracy The Mean %bias is ? 20% (except at ? 25% at lower limit of quantitation). Determined by analyzing three levels of quality control samples in 6 replicates on 6 different occasions.
Total Error The total error is ? 25%. Calculated by adding the mean %bias with inter-assay variability (%CV).
Safety Warnings and Precautions All reagents and samples should be handled as if potnetially hazardous and infectious. It is recommended that all kit reagents be handled by trained laboratory personell abd are used in accordance with the principles of Good Laboratory Practice.
