About | The Somru® anti-AAV7 antibody ELISA kit is a sandwich immunoassay method. The AAV7 vector particle is immobilized to the plate to capture anti-AAV7 antibodies and anti-species antibody is used for detection. The assay is capable of detecting both IgG and IgM. The assay can be utilized as a screening ELISA to classify samples as positive or negative or it can be used for the determination of anti-AAV7 antibody titer. The assay is compatible for both serum and plasma from various species.
