Job Title:
International Sales Manager – Asia & Middle East
Job Duties:
● Drive new business development and revenue generation across target markets
● Identify, approach, and close deals with potential clients, partners, and distributors
● Build and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
● Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company growth targets
● Lead negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract closures
● Represent Somru in client meetings, trade events, and business forums
● Maintain a strong and active sales pipeline with consistent reporting
● Provide market insights and competitor intelligence to leadership
● Development of business cases for capital and R&D investments.
● Supports metrics around opportunity generation, forecasted orders, etc.
● Determines price to win for opportunities using customer relationships and industry data Requirements
● 5–10+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in international or export markets
● Strong network or working experience in India, Bangladesh, and/or Middle East
● Demonstrated ability to close deals and meet revenue targets
● Experience in B2B sales, distribution, or service-based industries
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
● Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
● Ability to speak multiple languages with emphasis on India, Bangladesh, and/or Middle
East preferred
● Ability to work independently with little guidance
● Creative problem solver
● Ability to communicate effectively with executive level management and external customers
● 33% international travel required
● Salary Range: hourly $22 - $26
